Thanks for loving our Father God by loving our kidz at VBS/Tropical Zone. This is the greatest single kid outreach and evangelism event of the year at Fairfield Baptist. We average over 400 kidz, 40 salvations and thousands of dollars for Fairfield Baptist Missions - and we have BLAST doing it. Woohoo!
After you complete this registration, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a discount code. If you have kidz that will be attending VBS/Tropical Zone, enter the code on the kid registration page to receive your 50% discount. You will also receive other emails with information about any training sessions and updates.

I/We further acknowledge that any activity carries risk of incident or accident resulting in injury or possible fatality and do hereby release liability of Fairfield Baptist Church, Cypress, Texas, its staff, sponsors, and/or contractors, in case of such an occurrence. I/We acknowledge that it is assumed by Fairfield Baptist Church that I have signed this form and acknowledge sole responsibility for release.
MEDIA
I hereby grant full permission to Fairfield Baptist Church to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, website images, recordings or any other record of this event.
CODE OF CONDUCT
To ensure that everyone has a great experience at VBS/Tropical Zone, please read this Code of Conduct prior to signing the VBS/Tropical Zone Registration Form. It is important that parents, guardians and kids realize that any behavior deemed by the VBS/Tropical Zone staff to be inappropriate and/or unmanageable may result in any or all of the following:
• Meeting directly with a Counselor or Director to discuss behavior
• Not being allowed to participate in a certain activities
• A telephone call to parents/guardian to develop a behavior management plan
• Being dismissed from the program
I WILL...
• Stay with my group at all times.
• Follow the directions given to me by the VBS staff
• Let my leader know if another person is affecting me
• Put all litter in trashcans, pick up after myself, and not vandalize church property
• Have lots of FUN and a GREAT time!
I WILL NOT...
• Bring any candy or food with me to VBS
• Use foul language or gestures
• Fight (using words or hands), and I will ask my leader for assistance if I need help to resolve a problem
• Tease anyone and I will report teasing/bullying to my leaders or another VBS staff member
• Bring any kind of weapon (pocket knife, soft-air gun, etc.) onto church property
